Home Rules

  • The number of guests cannot exceed the count mentioned at time of booking.

  • Please provide photo and address identification at the time of booking and arrival.

  • Parties, loud noises and loud music that disturb the neighbours are not permitted.

  • All our food is prepared fresh and as such will not be available on an immediate basis.

  • Request to follow swimming pool usage and dress guidlines.

  • Any breakage or damage of any items in the home will be charged as ‘actuals’.

  • Any illegal activity, including the use of narcotics, prostitution and commercial activity, is not permitted.

  • No smoking in the rooms. Smoking is only allowed in the outdoor common areas.

  • Please conserve water & electricity during your stay. Kindly switch off the electronics when not in use.

Location

 Driving Directions from Delhi

  • From Delhi, get on to NH1 and continue till Ambala crossing through the towns of Sonepat, Panipat, Karnal, and Kurukshetra.

  • At Ambala, continue straight on NH22 towards Chandigarh (be careful as you can miss this turn).

  • On NH22, as you reach Zirakpur (before Chandigarh) go under the flyover and take a right turn on NH22 towards Kalka/Shimla.

  • Just after the next toll booth (before Pinjore) go straight on the new Shimla highway (board boldly visible showing direction to Shimla).

  • As you approach the town of Dharampur, at the Maxima watch factory chowk, you will see the signboard indicating to turn left for Kasauli. Take this left turn towards Gharkal.

  • At Garkhalchowk take a left turn toward Kasauli town. Continue on this road for another 1.5KM and take a slight right before the Army hospital when you see the sign ‘Take right for Kasauli Residency’.

  • Head down this road for 6KM. Climb the concrete road when you see the board ‘Private Property’.

  • Drive up and Uncle Bob’s Villa will be the first villa on your left.
